For its operational start in Germany, Go-Ahead is looking forward to cooperating with ETC – Gauff Mobility Solutions

Berlin, 20.10.2017 – For the successful start of its operations in Germany, the Go-Ahead Verkehrsgesellschaft Deutschland GmbH is placing emphasis on, among other things, innovative IT solutions for high-quality and reliable public transport. Go-Ahead is using the DatNet product for this purpose, and with its partner ETC – Gauff Mobility Solutions will create a company-wide data hub.

From mid-2019 Go-Ahead will start operations in Baden-Württemberg and serve the Teilnetze “Rems-Fils”, “Franken-Enz” and “Murrbahn”. As part of this, all of Go Ahead’s trains will be operationally monitored by ITCS DatNet and comprehensive passenger information will be provided in real time by means of the data hub.

Here the strengths of the DatNet product become clear. With the open interface, modular design, it becomes possible to flexibly adapt the system and to meet Go Ahead’s particular needs. Its introduction can thus proceed in consideration of the operational process chain and the requirements of the transport contracts.

Go-Ahead Verkehrsgesellschaft Deutschland GmbH belongs to the British company Go-Ahead and was established in 2014. The Verkehrsgesellschaft is planning to operate in Baden-Württemberg with 59 Stadler Flirt trains.

With DatNet, ETC – Gauff Mobility Solutions offers the ideal solution to every transport company that counts on reliability, process optimisation and efficiency.

With its core competencies of real-time based data hubs, RBL/ITCS, Mobile Business Applications, quality measurement and quality management systems, as well as train stop management, ETC – Gauff Mobility Solutions is a highly regarded partner in the transport sector. Around 1,200 trains and more than 3,300 staff are already integrated in or involved with its products and applications.
