Stuttgart, 01.10.2018 – Go-Ahead Baden-Württemberg GmbH launches its first training course for customer service representatives in Stuttgart on 1 October. 15 participants have already been confirmed for the course! Additional courses are planned for spring 2019.
The course features a training programme with a focus on topics such as an introduction to rail transport, transport organisations, vehicle technology, fares, service-oriented work and, as a key element, first aid training. Alongside theoretical knowledge, various everyday customer service situations are introduced, practised in role plays, and in the end possible conflicts are resolved.
The one-month training course will be led by Michael Nakowitsch, who will look after the participants and offer support in relation to any questions and problems they may have, in order to give them the best possible preparation for the job as customer service representatives in Baden-Württemberg. After passing the exam, the participants are employed by Go-Ahead as customer service representatives.
From June 2019 Go-Ahead will take over operations in Baden-Württemberg on the Stuttgart railway network and the Murrbahn network as of December 2019. With its latest-generation, wheelchair-accessible trains that run on an appealing and reliable schedule, Go-Ahead is making an important contribution to the modernisation and expansion of local public transport in Baden-Württemberg.
More detailed information on the focal points of the training, the required profile for applicants and future job perspectives can be found in our German-language job advertisement for office-based customer service representatives (m/f/x) and onboard customer service representatives (m/f/x).
